What Determines the Cost?
The cost of forestry mulching can vary based on several factors. Let’s break it down:

• Size of the Area: We often work on clearing lots for new home sites, ranging from 1/4 to 1 acre. For simplicity, we’ll use 1 acre as our baseline for price comparison.
• Type of Terrain: Are we dealing with small saplings and underbrush or larger timber? Is the area clean or filled with debris such as metal, old buildings, etc.? Our most common job involves clearing areas with a few large trees and an abundance of underbrush.
